Waterborn

This Ability and Talent is unique to Seapony (Ability) and Hippogriff (Talent)

Waterborn indicates a creature that lives in the ocean. And as such, you spawn in the nearest Ocean biome by default, on the sea floor.

With Waterborn, the creature with it can breathe underwater, see better underwater, swim faster underwater, and mine faster underwater, increasing the mining speed to almost the same as on land.

These abilities do not persist out of the water, but return upon entering water.

This is intended to synchronize with Mine Little Pony's graphics, where a seapony or hippogriff/seapony exiting the water becomes an earth pony / hippogriff.
