[Task (*)]: Chores when repository becomes public

Description

There are several things that should happen once the repo is made public, this task tracks those.

• Re-enable move-package::nested_deps_git_local (disabled in fix(move-package): Ignore move-package::nested_deps_git_local test #2139)
• Change ssh git references for iota-sim to use http.
• Remove SSH setup from docker builds chore(CI): Use SSH for docker builds #2246 Fix: Docker builds #2289
• Reenable test_move_new when the repo is public #3741
