This PR completes some minor issues & cleanup before committing to #18. Furthermore, CODE_OF_CONDUCT and CONTRIBUTION GUIDELINES have been added to the repo. The
apps/are not needed since we link back to pse.dev website for landing & docs are on hackmd.
