Stable version 0.8.0.8

Version 0.8.0.8 provides more stability with newer versions of AHK and numbering of recipes within the array, so it shoud be easier to do the changes later.

Bugfixed version from 0.8.0.7

Had found some bugs, that will stop you from reading a recipe into the assistant.
Did also implement some more functions, that yet will not be necessary (like downloading tools, csv's...).

Stable release for v0.8.0.7

With that version it handles the extraction of erf-files by nwn_erf.exe from @niv neverwinter.nim. Yet you have to download the binaries from that repository by yourself and put that in a new folder named tools nearby the assistant. Also download the csv-files in my repository for a much more readable recipe ;)
Due only 64bit is supported by neverwinter.nim I stop compiling my sources to 32bit. But everyone can do this by yourself if you download the ahk2exe and its files.
