While testing the Makefile target for the pull request #98 , I've just realized that Transifex by default use directory names like
fr_FRinstead offr-FR(as in the Mozilla syntax).To avoid modify transifex configuration for each new lang, I've moved the actual directory structure to one compatible with Transifex and I've updated the manifest files according to these updates.
