Raft generation working, Update to latest Archipelago commit #2

The Raft randomizer generation works. This will successfully link regions together, set rules for regions and locations, and send duplicate items when there are not enough items for the amount of location checks available from Raft. Verified solo and with a Subnautica YAML.

This also updates to the latest Archipelago commit at time of PR creation.

Include dungeon rewards in itempool to allow for ER improvement
Better validate_world function by checking for multi-entrance incompatibility more efficiently

Connect name is now a random 16-character string.
This should prevent any issues with connecting to a room with the wrong ROM with probability almost 1.
