1.2.0 had an issue with electron as well as please-release was not bumping the pacakge.json responsible for the app version. So I have pulled that release from github. 1.3.0 has the fix for both that as well as the starting issue.

Due to the way please release calculates it has caused a minor update version.

Though I've added a commit to overwrite the issue
