Disable/Enable voice assistance in settings

I don't like the voice assistance.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be able to disable/enable the voice assistance from the settings tab.

Additional context
When a work/break session close to end I hear a voice.

This issue is being mention here #99 .

Just turn the sound button off @HatimLagzar .

I will try to add option disabling text-to-speech feature in the settings tab on my next release.
