It has been confirmed that the fast_finish flag is responsible for triggering multiple build notifications on #zftalk.dev.
src_dir is deprecated
Remove fast_finish flag
- removed documentation deployment - removed allow_failures on PHP 7.2 - removed IRC notifications - updated scripts
- renamed documentation directory: doc -> docs - moved all support files into docs directory - added PR and ISSUE github templates - updated composer.json skeleton - updated LICENSE.md skeleton - updated .gitattributes and .gitignore - added composer.lock to the repository to allow testing with lowest/locked/latest deps - updated coveralls badge and links to the docs in README.md
