Adds a core function, send.make_mime, which takes in a mime table to build a mime message
Use `<ctrl>g<ctrg>a` to open attachment window and add one full path to attachment per line

This adds support for sending emails with attachments. Previously, emails were plain text only, but now you can attach files like PDFs and images.
This is a re-submission of #6 , which I had to close after moving the branch. Sorry for the extra noise.
Tested with different file types, and everything works as expected. Let me know if anything needs changing.
