First off, why is the alarm tab open, but a timer running in your screenshot? That shouldn't be possible. Are you using a modified version of the app?

Secondly, it seems your using a small screen with a very large font size.

Using animated visibility to hide the edit and sound icon is something I suggested in #156 but @Bnyro didn't like this idea, so I think this can be closed. swipe-to-dimiss could replace the delete icon and make the UI a bit cleaner, like we agreed upon already, but that's not part of this issue.
