Initial commit. `groupRows` is working, but `groupColumns` needs more work due to conflicts with `setColWidths`.
Calling `setColWidths` after `groupColumns` will now correctly update the hidden argument. Still TODO: ungroup cols/rows; tests

Added the functions
groupColumns()andgroupRows(), as well as their counterpartsungroupColumns()andungroupRows().Note that both
groupColumns()andsetColWidths()have ahiddenparameter; modifying one will update the other (if a conflict exists).Resolves #32.
