spelling: milimetre in C08.csv

code 163 in table C08.csv has "Sub-milimetre", which should be "Sub-millimetre", with a double "l".
I guess the spelling "metre" (as opposed to "meter") is OK, as such spelling is used elsewhere, too.

@amilan17 it seems correction needs to be made both in the Manual and the CSV. Could you add labels/projects to this issue?
