When selecting Empty Trash from the Project menu, nothing happens. However, when emptying trash by selecting the menu item from the pop-up menu on the "Trash" root folder in the project tree, it does work.

How to replicate:

  1. Move an item to trash
  2. Select "Empty Trash" from the "Project" menu.

Expected behavior:
Trash is emptied (either with a confirmation pop-up or not).

Actual behavior:
Nothing happens.

Version info:
NovelWriter 2.6.1
Qt 5.15.13

Confirmed. Thanks!

The code behind the project tree was completely rewritten in 2.6, and clearly a few things slipped by beta testing. And I thought @HeyMyian clicked on everything! 😄
