Feature/tet 812 ingest stova attendees

Description of change

Part 1 of Stova Attendee ingestion. This is not yet scheduled as part of the crons so nothing will be ingested. This is the initial work to ingest the S3 bucket file in our DB.

Part 2 (ToDo) - Try and match the attendees to contacts and the given company name to a company.
