# SSH as admin
$ sudo newrelic-install install
$ sudo rm /etc/php/<old-php-version>/cli/conf.d/newrelic.ini
$ sudo rm /etc/php/<old-php-version>/fpm/conf.d/newrelic.ini
$ sudo reboot

# Re-provision Trellis
# Deploy again
