The install instructions for this are pretty complicated, can it be updated to use npm or something?

Feel free to make an npm package for it if you want. Its really just a git clone and throw the js file somewhere you can access it from path, thats about as easy as things get.

It seems it is already on npm https://www.npmjs.com/package/tracegl
