TLV parsing/formatting library

A collection of NFC utility files (TLV, NDEF parsers)

tlve is a command-line tool to parse different tlv (tag-length-value) structures and for printing them in different text-based formats. tlve is mentioned for processing tlv files in server environments.

Base64 and BER-TLV simple implementation

This project will simulate a scenario in which the set and get commands are sent from a mobile (User input on terminal in our case) and get appropriate response from the device (response will be generated from the users system in our case) in BLE command frame (TLV) format.
