This PR cleans up the docblocks from #5
Where a class is implementing an interface (erm.. all of them) I've removed the method docblocks entirely. Modern IDEs will use the interface for inline docs so I can't really see the point of the duplication.
I've also made a couple of PSR-12 fixes for namespace declarations and class-level docblock positioning.
