Replicate recent changes related to gp3 to main module #461

Description

  • Improving just a bit of existing docs for iops/storage_throughput to submodule, adding missing dots
  • Copying docs improvement from submodule to main module regarding iops/storage_throughput
  • Change default value for iops from 0 to null

Motivation and Context

This reminder from @lucasvuotto: #456 (comment)

Breaking Changes

No breaking changes, replicating already merged change in the sub-module

No tests done
