At first I uploaded the generated files to the Harvard Dataverse service under
[this dataset](https://doi.org/10.7910/DVN/VM4ZZ3), with names of the form
`tectonic-buildenv-ppc-YYYYMMDD.tar.gz`. For the most recent version,
Dataverse was acting up, so I uploaded the file as a release on the GitHub
repo
[here](https://github.com/tectonic-typesetting/tectonic-ci-support/releases/tag/production).
