Following the SR2022 competition, j5 has been widely deployed without major issues.
Also follows on from discussion in and around https://github.com/j5api/j5/discussions/744 where we agreed to wait until after the SR2022 competition before enacting the plan. The dates in #744 will need to be updated too.

We are less likely to make breaking changes, but we can't do that during a competition cycle anyway.
