Generic controls and improved performance

Added controls to adjust basic parameters. Improved performance so it is now similar to that of KlangFalter and fixed some bugs.

Features:

• Cross platform (Linux, Mac OSX, Windows).
• Impulse response is stored as plugin state so impulse-response-files do not get lost.
• Automatic sample-rate conversion so any sample rate can be used.
• Wet and dry volume controls.
• High-pass and low-pass filter on impulse response.
