Multimeter: Picard-Style Vertical Gauge

The multimeter card has been updated to support a new Picard-style vertical gauge. This style is pretty customizable, and also supports customizable range markings in the vertical axis. To add a bit of flair - this gauge style also makes use of the new GEO Array animation as seen below.

GEO Array Background Animation

Another background animation style has been added to the libary - the GEO Array.
This one is similar to the Data Cascade in its function, however, this is a bit more customizable and renders shapes instead of text.
This animation can be used to add some flare to various LCARS panels as seen.

Updates & Fixes

• Update: Animations - in addition to CSS filter introduced in the last release - this release adds CSS transform support with some basic settings in the UI editor.
• Fix: Multimeter - added min_height for the cases where the height could not be determined properly and the card would appear collapsed/not fully visible.
• Update: z-index changes on some components for proper layerying.
• Fix: Symbiont - fix textHostStyle variable.
• 🇨🇦 updated spelling choices in the UI editor forms (no changes to yaml)
