It now is a bit of a hassle to change the segments to a different species. For this it would be great if the segment groups could be defined separately, either in the same batchfile or in a different file altogether.

Proposal: have a sort of macro/preprocessor style by making it possible to include other files with partial Batchfile grammar. In this way any parameters set could be saved in a separate file. Caution for problems in reporting errors resulting from these files and how to present it in the HTML report (possibility to unfold the contents within the batchfile view?).

For this it would be great if the order can be part of the segment definition, so that the information is not scattered over multiple files.
