- Add monochrome mode option
- Improve jid output with color

This commit uses the jsoncolor package and a custom termboxSprintfFuncer type to make jid to print out colorzed JSON output. The colors were chosen to match those on jq's.
Use runewidth package to find out each rune's width so we set termbox.SetCell's 'x' argument properly when dealing with multi-byte runes.
