This adds support for the AzureRM blob storage terraform backend by bumping variantdev/vals to 0.15.0

Transitively upgraded github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-go v35.0.0+incompatible => v56.2.0+incompatible

P.S.
This changes how the remote outputs are referenced:
Initially:

ref+tfstate://.terraform/terraform.tfstate/output.remote_value.value
ref+tfstate://.terraform/terraform.tfstate/output.second_value.value.address

becomes:

ref+tfstate://.terraform/terraform.tfstate/output.remote_value
ref+tfstate://.terraform/terraform.tfstate/output.second_value.address
