feat: improve error msg for sink into table

What's changed and what's your intention?

non-appendonly sink

> create table t(x int); create table tt(x int); create sink s into tt from t;
CREATE_TABLE
CREATE_TABLE
ERROR:  Failed to run the query

Caused by:
  Bind error: Only append-only sinks can sink to a table without primary keys. This sink is not append-only.
Please try to add (type = 'append-only', force_append_only = 'true') to the WITH options.

TODO: when type='append-only' is not specified, it's considered upsert.. We should improve that.

append-only sink

> create table t(x int); create table tt(x int); create sink s into tt as with t as changelog from t select x from t;
