Almost the end of the refactor, we need this PR to have a more consistent suite numbering prefix for some remaining suites.
After this PR, Tests/ directory will look like:

1300__model_registryNote: there are some gaps in the numeric prefix, but I decided not to close those to avoid additional PRs which just rename directories. The numeric prefixes do not have a meaning, but are just used to drive the execution order of RobotFramework tests
