IW4 Menu Rework

re-using "choices_setup_common" from IW3.
rewriting it with IW4 format SP & MP for ease of use directed at the modding community.
IW4x CLIENT (currently supported version)

To Do List

MP menus 55% (rewritting popmenus)
SP menus 2% (itemDef's only work due to new rect flags, so no defined buttons for now...)
re-write choices_setup_popmenu.menu with proper defining & format.

• Create a folder in your IW4 clients mods folder
  
• IW4Client/mods/iw4menu
  
• Drop the ui & ui_mp in iw4menu mods folder
