MAINT: Updating package-lock.json

For some reason, when I last pulled from main and tried to build, it updated package-lock.json. This PR checks it in.

This might be related to:

• Build(deps): Bump json5 from 1.0.1 to 1.0.2 #1111

I am gonna try just re-installing from scratch locally to see if this is some kinda weird cacheing thing, because the diff looks way too big for what I'd expect

OK re-starting from scratch seemed to work...I dunno what was up with this
