@qiliRedHat For the change in the folder step-registry looks good, but I remember the folder ci-operator/config/openshift-qe/ocp-qe-perfscale-ci should also change to ci-operator/config/openshift-eng/ocp-qe-perfscale-ci, it should be use the same name with https://github.com/openshift-eng/ocp-qe-perfscale-ci.git.

It should no impact if the https://github.com/openshift-qe/ocp-qe-perfscale-ci.git still exist now, we can open other pr to do the change.
