Hello. I just cloned this repo. I wanted to explore contributing to this project. I successfully installed "@open-rpc/server-js" but the command to run open-rpc-server-js does not exist. Looking at the home directory on MacOS, the directory "server-js" is an empt directory. I am on Node 8.11.3 on MacOS. Possible access right?
