Closes #622
This PR updates the code, templates, and examples to be compatible with the latest version
1.0.0ofo1js. This includes updating all instances ofMina.LocalBlochain()andProof.fromJSON()to be async.Additionally, this PR creates release version
0.20.0of thezkApp-CLI.
