After #722 we will be able to implement initialization tests as usual Go tests:

  1. Create a dump
  2. Restore from dump and check that candidates are registered, contracts are deployed etc.

What will be a source of the contracts in the test? URL of neofs-contract release page?

Hm, good question. I think we may either have the last release as a tarball or download it from gihub, but we definitely need to disable this test from being run automatically then. Single boolean constant which can be manually switched to run tests after neofs-adm changes, for example.
