WOFF2 compatibility fonts for better Safari support

The purpose of this release is to mitigate problems with Safari, described in issue #10

The non-compatibility woff2 fonts (like text-security-circle.woff2) don't seem to work in Safari for some reason. This release does not yet fix that problem, but mitigates the problems by defaulting to compatibility fonts (like text-security-circle-compat.woff2) that do work in Safari, but are a bit larger in size.

The fonts suffixed with -compat should work fine in all browsers, but weigh a bit more than the non-compatibility woff2 font. See Note about Safari support in the readme for more info.
