When using the internal modular sensors ProcStats to monitor battery voltage with noise filtering for the lowest threshold.
LOW=3.55V stops all variable activity, and ProcStats from running.
This is a deadlock that it never comes out of.
Need to remove the Vbat monitoring and noise filtering extension from ProcStats and implement it locally so that deadlock can't happen.
