Overhaul of Socket IO for Android. Code clean up and reduction. Add support for Android OneSignal Push Notifications. Removed original Firebase implementation as backend will be deprecated in the coming future and will eventually become unsupported/nonfunctional. Added setting for grill startup time adjustment. Remove old reference to pelletdb in pellets settings. Bugfix incorrect spacing on admin page for PiFire Version. Added shameless plug in settings page with link on where to download the Android application. If any issues pop out to you let me know
