Update to Manual Mode. Add manual mode support to Android app. #55

I could never really get manual mode to work right before. Sometimes it would trigger the relays other times it wouldn't. I could also never get it out of manual mode unless pifire was restarted. So I updated manual mode to work more consistently. Added manual mode data to SocketIO for android support. Removed android version in favor of using only server version to check for feature support in android app.

I did some light testing on the physical grill and it was working great.

Cool! TBH, I'd only created manual mode to tinker with this project when I first built it - making sure all my controls actually worked. :) But thanks for giving it a much needed fix-up!

That is what I figured. It really is not needed very often but It is nice to be able to clear the pellets from the auger tube and troubleshoot for new installs etc. that was mostly why I took another look at it. Always happy to support the project!
