Grey background was always being applied (even in light mode). Changed to dynamically check if in dark mode and apply grey table background color.
Fixed a bug where startup mode instantly end, and smoke mode would constantly start/end causing the relays to switch rapidly. Changed behavior of the grill when changing the selector switch to OFF. Go to Off mode instead of Monitor mode. Fixed a bug where Off mode wasn't turning off power to the PiFire relays/components, preventing the existing controller from working.
