fda_scraper.pynb is the IPython notebook version.
human_tests.csv is the output file from the fda_scraper.py
hadv_genome_analysis.ipynb is the IPython notebook with code to pull records from the nuccore database as well as the outlier analysis with histograms of sequence length.
