The devs need to provide us an AWS role to assume to connect to their postgres database. I've asked for one.

The CP docs list the established route for connecting to RDS from a local machine - a port-forward pod https://user-guide.cloud-platform.service.justice.gov.uk/documentation/other-topics/rds-external-access.html

We would still need authentication to open a port forward pod to connect to RDS.

Jacob has a soution where we get a GH runner inside CP to run the ingestion job from. I have opened a ticket with AP to make it. ministryofjustice/analytical-platform#7075
