Changes proposed in this pull request

  • Deleted unused generation reports.
  • Deleted old package release notes and added comment about how versionprefix is updated in csproj.
  • Added script for getting the latest commit SHA so we can auto-generate GH release commit range.
  • Added script for getting the NuGet package version which will be used to tag a release.
  • Added script to auto increment the minor version in case the version is not manually updated.
