We now have go to symbol in all accessibility help dialogs and in some accessible views to allow for easier navigation of content. Enable screen reader mode to test this.

Accessibility help dialogs can be invoked via alt+f1 and go to symbol is supported for all of them. Try this in the terminal, editor, diff editor, notebook cell, inline and panel chat responses.

Accessible views can be invoked via alt+f2 and go to symbol is supported for copilot panel / inline chat responses and notifications. Verify that this works. Verify that notebook output and hover accessible views do not have the go to symbol action.
