FILE > OPEN : opens when window in the background

When I open a file, the new navigation windows open up in the background, so I cannot see any window.

VS Code version: Code 1.67.2 (c3511e6, 2022-05-17T18:23:40.286Z)
OS version: Linux x64 5.17.9-arch1-1
Restricted Mode: No

Same happens if I save a new file.

Please help us out by providing a screen recording showing exactly what isn't working as expected. It may not be the same. In my case it only shows the first time the file Nagivator, every other time it goes to the background.
I could track this and I think it happens with Cinnamon 5,
I downgraded to Cinnamon 4 and it was working correctly, but then I ruined my cinnamon configuration.

Visual Studio becomes really hard to use, imagine having a window waiting for action in the background and blocking the whole app.

It works as excepted.
