Add React toolkit components documentation

This pull request resolves #331

Description of changes

With the recent release of React toolkit components, this PR adds documentation for general usage and a couple of edge cases when using the toolkit React components. Namely, there needs to be an inclusion of:

• Using enums for a handful of component attributes at this time (Enum types potentially too strict #325 / feat: export component option enums as string literal union types fast#5494)
• The need to use onInput instead of onChange events for keystroke events (fix: text field onChange event incorrectly firing when wrapped as React component fast#5551)
