Update grpc port to release 1.23.0
Added lib crypt32 to dependencies as this help to compile grpc with OpenSSL 1.1.1
Added patch from #19473 to help to compile grpc for protobuf-lite (eg. when the option
-DgRPC_USE_PROTO_LITE=YESis set)
