Update to Moonbase Console
- Updated domains for finding public IP address
- Added ability to change game options - anything you can change within Moonbase Commander's Game Options menu, you can change here too.
- Reverted functionality to find install location, you must put MoonbaseConsole.exe in the same location as Moonbase.exe for this to work.
- Modified UI a little bit.
