Delete of a Chatbot

Hi, I'm testing EDDI Community v5.1.1, specifically the feature to remove or disable bots, but I'm not getting it to work properly. I'm sharing the tests I've been doing. If anyone has already done this successfully, please help me. Thanks!

1. The documentation gives the option to undeployment of a specific chatbot is done through : 'http://localhost:8989/administration/restricted/undeploy/67ee96473bdbed1190dd04c8?endAllActiveConversations=true&undeployThisAndAllPreviousBotVersions=true&version=1' \ -H 'accept: */*' \ -d ''

2. I check that it is inactive with: curl -X 'GET' \ 'http://localhost:8989/administration/restricted/deploymentstatus/67ee96473bdbed1190dd04c8?version=1' \ -H 'accept: text/plain' that returns NOT_FOUND

3. After completing these steps, the bot allows me to start a chat from the interface.

I also tried removing it directly

1. With: curl -X 'DELETE' \ 'http://localhost:8989/botstore/bots/67ee96473bdbed1190dd04c8?version=1' \ -H 'accept: */*'
2. When I check it in 'http://localhost:8989/administration/unrestricted/deploymentstatus' \ -H 'accept: application/json' It tells me it was deleted but from the interface it lets me start a chat with the bot :

thank you for getting in touch!

The bug you experience had been fixed in version 5.3.3. It was a caching entry that was not correctly removed, hence the wrong response and behavior. I suggest you to update to the latest version.

Let me know if you have any issues after updating!

Note: There was one breaking change in version 5.4.0, but only affects you if you were using bots running with "gemini-vertex". If not, upgrading should be straight forward.
