GUI youtube upload client
tested on windows 7 and Mac OS X lion
features:
	- add to playlist after upload
	- move the local file to a folder after upload
	- resumable upload
	- save credentials with encryption
	- most settings are remembered
	- select playlist from a dropdown
	- create new playlist
